You Have Stolen My Heart...

"Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone. To be loved thoroughly and exclusively. 'But God,' says the Christian. No, not until you are satisfied, fulfilled, and content with giving yourself totally and unreservedly to me, to having an intently personal and unique relationship with me alone.

Discovering that only in me is your satisfaction to be found. Will you be capable of the perfect human relationship that I have planned for you. You will never be united with another until you are united with me. Exclusive of everyone, or anything else; exclusive of any other desire or longing. I want you to stop planning; stop wishing and allow me to give you the most thrilling plan existing, one that you cannot imagine, I want you to have the best.

Please allow me to bring it to you. You just keep watching me, expecting the greatest things. Keep listening and learning the things that I tell you. You just wait, that's all. Don't be anxious, don't worry, don't look around at others and the things that they have gotten or that I have given to them, don't look at the things you think you want. You just keep looking off and away up to me or you'll miss what I want to show you and...

When you're ready I'll surprise you with a love far more wonderful than you could ever imagine. You see, until you are ready and until the one I have is ready...I am working even this moment to have you both ready at the same time.

Until the both of you are satisfied exclusively with me and the life I've prepared for you, you won't be able to experience the love that exemplifies your relationship with me and enjoy maturely and concretely the everlasting union of beauty, perfection, and love that I have to offer.

Believe it... and Be Satisfied..."

Our adventure officially began on July 2,2005... but we all know that God had this in motion before Jason and I were even born. He knew that Jason would make an amazingly kind, supportive and giving husband to a Jersey girl who was ready to take on the world but in dire need of an adventure. He knew that Karen would make a willing, patient and a big heart of a wife to a military brat who was entering the world of flight suits and moving around every three years. And just like that, we became one...

Just a few photos from our "big" day...

Enjoy the blog... leave me some comments... believe it and be satisfied so that you as well can experience this awesomeness!

  1. Haha....I remember how I got our processional music from that random guy that I worked w/, and we liked it so much that I told him that we wanted to walk down the isle to it - to which he said he wanted his cd back. Good thing I made a copy of it!

It looks great sweetness, really really good job. Can't wait to see what it turns out to be in the next couple crazy months!

  2. So, I know you posted this forever and ever ago. I just wanted to say that I've been reading your blog for a while now and that I enjoy it so much! Tonight I decided I should go back in time and see how you started out and hope to see some pictures of your wedding dress! Yay for me, I saw them! (I'm only slightly obsessed with wedding dresses. I think I look back at my wedding pictures at least twice a month...) I wanted to say that I love the post you did for your husband's 28th birthday. People need to see more posts praising husbands like that! It was very very sweet. :) Keep up the writing- I think I'm almost as eager for you to meet your baby as you are! I experienced a long time of trying for a baby, too, so I understand somewhat how you feel and am so happy for you!
