Rough housin'

Rough housin' is good for the soul... and for the core! We have many rough housin' sessions with Charlotte each and every day... this kid has TOO much energy, and it helps get rid of some of it, while it also helps build her core. Friends, I cannot get enough of the beautiful Alabama sunshine and I'm so excited to "edit" some of these photos when I get home for our walls... they just make me smile.

Also, according to random.org, the number generator picked #9- Liz Upton as the winner of some shop credit to Toaster's Transformations !!! Congrats sweet friend, if you e-mail me at kdaviscreates@yahoo.com, I'll get you in touch with Amanda.

  1. I can't believe how much little Charlotte's life has changed in the past few months. It's great you'll have this blog to look back on years from now to see where she started and how far she's come. I'd love to hear your thoughts on being thrown in to motherhood so suddenly, and to a 3 year old at that. You guys are doing such a great job. I don't even know you personally, but I'm proud of you.

  3. I love her! The picture of papa holding her by the ankle, makes me think of how much my husband is going to scare me with our little one in the future. HAHA good thing I've mellowed out a lot already! I'd be panicking!

  4. Likes rough housing, eh?!?!? Well, look out . . . 'cause Papa "D" is on the agenda for this week. We'll give Mom & Dad's arms a break and let Grammy "D" and Papa "D" squeeze, tickle, toss, and roll with the four year old. Maybe we could even babysit and let you two have a "date night" . . . hmmmmm. Something to think about. See you in about 72 hours or so.

  5. Isn't the Alabama sunshine wonderful? I love it! Oh! I meant to tell you that we went to Calvary Baptist while we lived in Montgomery if you are looking for a church to check out while you're there. We loved it and miss it so much! The people are wonderful. If you decide to check it out, let me know because there are some people you should meet there!
