With Charlotte... there are many "firsts" to be had.... and while visiting the Korean Folk Village (a post on that will be coming soon) we just HAD to see if she'd try a "ride" out-like the Carousel! Yes, a folk village, with a carousel...seems odd, and it does sort of stick out. (I suppose they needed some sort of attraction area to appease the little beings who don't find amusement in basket weaving and horseback riding acrobat shows). Months ago, I would have said, there's NO WAY she'd ever get on the Carousel. She was afraid of jungle gym equipment, swings, climbing up and down stairs... slowly but surely, she's become more and more adventurous, and I'm prettysure her glasses are giving her a new found confidence. When she saw the carousel, she wasn't quite sure what to think of it... but after getting on, and going round and round, she didn't want it to end. Once we exited, she headed straight back to the entrance to go on again. I think thismeans our little one might actually be ready for Everland (Korea's Disneyland/Great Adventure)...

**With Aunt Courtney around, this Mama is finally able to get into some photos!

I'm glad she's taken to them. I love the last picture of the two of you! I love carousels myself. I always want to ride them at my age. ;-) At least sometimes I can use my nieces as an excuse to ride them. ;-)
