it's what's for dinner... for the next few nights anyways. I followed this
recipe, off of my friend Haley's blog the other night, and lets just say... it is Y-U-M-M-Y ! Seriously, we only ate a fraction of it the first night, and are going to be working on it for next few nights with other meals...because it made THAT much. I usually don't like cooking with bones and what not, but the chicken fell right off the bones after cooking for 6 hours on high, that I was able to grab all the yummy meat off of it with tongs, and then used the tongs to throw out all the extra "parts"-bones, skin, etc. SUPER delicious, and I'm sure we'll be using her
other recipe to create tomorrow's dinner.

ReplyDeletehooray, dear friend. so glad you tried (and mmm, asparagus is my favorite!)... :)
ReplyDeleteyum! that looks and sounds so great :)
ReplyDeleteGot my bird in the crock pot... added cumin because I like cumin on all things chicken and because I didn't have any "italian seasoning" I subbed a little marjoram and a little oregano. Let you know how it comes out :)
