Our last 2 days in Hawaii, were full of appointments (with the doctor, regarding post op checks, and MRI findings, etc.), and packing, and getting ready to head back to Korea... but we did manage to make a trip to another part of the island that was highly recommended by sweet Lindsay from yesterday's blog post. In fact, she blogged about this amazing crepe place awhile back, and I couldn't get the idea of them OUT OF MY MIND... so we just had to make a special trip to eat some, and check out the beaches on the windward side, near the town of Kailua.

they had me once I noticed they had "Illy" coffee on their menu... it's a good thing we didn't go to this place until the END of our trip...
happy Mama (thanks to coffee)= happy Charlotte
or maybe it was because they put the fruit crepe (berries) right in front of her...
and the spinach one in front of me... (she ended up sharing both!)
Wow! This is spectacular!! The crepes look SOOOO yummy! :)
ReplyDeleteWow your photos are stunning. I have a watering mouth looking at those crepes.
ReplyDeleteCrepes No Ka Oi is my favorite! We go there as much as possible. Glad you got to experience the windward side. It's so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat little Charlotte is just as cute as they come!!
ReplyDeleteYummy! I just need to say that her sweet face looking straight into the camera with a huge smile...really warms my heart!!!! (and by straight I don't mean that her eyes are straight...I mean she can actually see you!!!) LOVE IT!!
ReplyDeleteYOU DID IT!!! She is looking straight at the camera -- she's smiling -- she's "playing" with you. Oh, we have a DIVA in the making here. What a wonderful tour you've given. We are so interested in seeing as many as you can put together. NEVER BORING!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing so much of your life with all of us back east. Love to you from all here.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures and those crepes look wonderful! Happy Monday xxx
ReplyDeleteI haven't been able to read your blog since January. I started from the top today and so I didn't know anything about Charlotte's surgery but I noticed right away how happy and different she looks! She has filled out and grown and developed so much since you two adopted her. It brought tears to my eyes to see such a happy story. :) I am so glad the surgery went well! God bless!
