Just wanted to share a simple smoothie recipe with you...whips up SUPER quick... and anyone can do it (you don't need a high end blender to do the job with this one- I use my Blendtec for everything though).
Ingredients:
1 c. of ice
1 1/2 c. of almond milk
1 mango sliced and cut up (I also added a couple chunks of frozen mango)
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 banana
* tastes good if you add some pineapple to the mix as well... or a scoop of Greek yogurt.



Blend all the ingredients together...
