Chocolatey Delight

Nestled in this little forest area a few minutes from my house, is the cutest cafe... I can't believe we JUST found it, with only weeks left here in Korea... but maybe it's a good thing, because it's THAT good... and super close to my house. When we walked in, we weren't quite sure what we were "in for"... it had a cottage feel, and I could feel the warmth of the fireplace... and saw all the cute chairs/benches just ready for us. I made my way up to the counter, and ordered 3 hot chocolates (a few have shared that THIS is the place to get hot chocolate)... I waited for the sweet lady to tell me how much I owed her... and then she asked, "Which ones... I have 6 different kinds?"...  and that my friends, is how I completely cheated on my no sugar diet... It's the only thing that I am cheating on the diet with... and TOTALLY worth it. Apparently, she imports chocolates from France and Switzerland to create this delicious cup of chocolate.... and there's even a cup for those that enjoy the "bitter" chocolate taste- it's the highest percentage of cocoa. I personally LOVE the richest/sweetest... because lets face it, if I'm going to cheat.. I'm going to go ALL out. Go big or go home, right? I see lots of visits to the Cacao Tree in our future... and if you're around here, I'd LOVE to take you.
