Labor of Love
Last year on my 8th Anniversary to my hubby, I painted his main gym wall area chalkboard... I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time... and boy was that some labor of love. To carry on with tradition... I painted our stripes on our masterbedroom wall today... to celebrate our 9th anniversary (we'll be heading out this weekend for a date night). It's amazing how DIFFERENT a room can look, when you give it a fresh new look. I've had this idea for awhile now... and it's FINALLY happening. I'm trying to make our room inviting to the kids, and at the same time, a retreat for he and I. So far, it's turning into just that...

Oh my, I LOVE all the colors in your room! Our bedroom is lots of grays and whites... very neutral, but this is making me want to rethink that! :)
