The Year To Succeed

I have planted cold weather crops 3 times now, and have NEVER had success with them. I have had plenty of carrot hair, but no carrots... plenty of broccoli leaves, but no broccoli... kale that only grows to be 3 inches long before frost hits. I think part of the problem is that I usually had a newborn to care for around this time of the year for the last 2 years. So, this year... it's MY year... I will succeed at these cold weather crops... there's no giving into failure. It sounds like an awful lot of pressure... but people, I really want to harvest purple carrots.

  1. I've never tried this! Would it be too late for me to put a few things in next week?

  2. With all that help, this round is surely to take off! Those helpers are too cute and make me melt. Fingers crossed for your purple carrots!
